Up to 5% of the student population at Culinary Hospitality Institute comprises NRI’s and/or foreign nationals. We have had students from Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Korea, Taiwan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Philippines, New Zealand, Germany, France, United States, Caribbean Islands, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, Australia, and some parts of Europe take up our Diploma program.
At Culinary Hospitality Institute, we strive to make the transition process for all students as smooth as possible. Assistance to international students is providing by means of the following:
- Required documentation for visa process.
- NOC for any bank procedures.
- Helping with finding accommodation around campus.
- Pre-bonafied certificate if required.
- Internship and job placement within the country depending on their visa eligibility.
- Assistance with international internships and placements if requested for.
- Cross-cultural training /familiarisation if required.

Food
During the day, students get two breaks, i.e. a 15 minute tea break and a 45 minute lunch break. Food is not provided for students at Culinary Hospitality Institute. For lunch, students bring in their lunch or have it delivered. Most students, however, choose to pick up food from the Culinary Hospitality Institute Café or even dine out nearby if time permits.
Accommodation
We presently do not provide accommodation for any students. However, we’d be more than happy to share contact details of reputed and trusted PG’s, hostels, hotels, rental agencies and serviced apartments in the vicinity. Students can visit these places and zero in on accommodation of their choice.
